ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture is a Traditional Chinese Medicine practice that is thousands of years old. Single use, sterile, very thin needles are used to penetrate the skin in order to help the body heal. Acupuncture can be used to treat numerous conditions including anxiety, depression, headache, migraines, pain, neck pain, back pain, digestive issues, infertility, menstrual issues, PMS, TMJ, nausea, and insomnia, just to name a few.
CUPPING
Cupping is an ancient healing therapy used to help treat different conditions and help alleviate pain. "Cups" are placed directly on the skin on different areas of the body to create suction. This suction pulls tissues and encourages circulation.
GUA SHA
Gua Sha is an ancient healing practice where a tool is used to rub/scrape the skin to increase blood flow and move Qi. Gua Sha is used to heal the body and can also be used for skin and facial care.
MOXIBUSTION
Moxibustion, or Moxa, is a form of heat therapy. Moxa is a dried herb called Artemisia Vulgaris. Mugwort is burned on or near the skin to create heat and promote healing. Moxa can be used for a variety of conditions including pain, menstrual issues, fertility, sports injuries and more.
